Senior runningback Charles Hoggard (Greenville, NC) rushed for 119 yards and 1 touchdown and freshman wide receiver Jake Jackson (Bauxit, AR) caught 6 passes for 144 yards and a score to lead the Lynx to a 28-7 win over Colorado College at Fargason Field on Saturday, October 18th.  Senior linebacker Desmond Hendricks (Chattanooga, TN) was instrumental in leading the Lynx defense with 15 tackles and 2.5 tackles for loss. Sophomore wide receiver/runningback Matt Gilbert (Germantown, TN) rushed for two touchdowns and freshman quarterback Brett Stoots (Brownsville, TN) passed for 168 yards and a touchdown as the Lynx improve to 3-3 on the season and 1-2 in the SCAC. Colorado College scored their loan touchdown on a 96 yard fumble return by Shane Strom, and were limited to 194 yards of total offense.
